Our first mortgage shop was opened in Maldon Essex in July 2002 and quickly grew into a thriving stand alone business. During 2005 we established Mortgage Options Franchising Ltd and our first franchisee took over the Maldon shop.
Since the end of 2005 we have opened a further four high street mortgage shops and wish to have a total of ten opened by the end of 2006. Clearly for each shop we need to find the most suitable and capable mortgage broker but we also need to locate and secure appropriately positioned and priced premises.
We are currently interested in ALL areas and towns subject to a viability review to ensure that they can support a growing new business.
