The core of our business is and has been traditional estate agency mortgage consultancy.

We work solely with independent estate agents where the partners remain involved in their business on a day to day basis and therefore have a financial interest in ensuring that financial services is a profitable part of their whole offering. Consequently our estate agents commit to generating a good level of first appointments for our consultants.

We currently cover approximately 110 estate agency branches and are planning on recruiting a further 15 consultants to this side of our business this year to expand this.
